The 3 Step Process that never fails…

That sounds too good to be true doesn’t it?

It may sound too simple or too crazy, but it’s the truth.

Every time I have used this 3 Step Process consistently, it has worked.

Every.  Single.  Time.

I’ve stopped overthinking things.  

I’ve stopped feeling jealous.  I’ve stopped being judgmental.

I could go on and on.

And I know it has worked for millions and millions of others as well.

Step #3:  STOP IT.


That’s it.  STOP IT.  

Don’t let your head or the “experts” out there in the world tell you anything else, as they will want to explain to you all of the fancy theories and reasons of why it is not that simple.  But most everything you want to stop in your life really is that simple.  

STOP IT.

The good news is that there is proof out there in the history of the world that shows in any and all given situations that someone was able to STOP doing something by making that decision.  

STOP IT.

The root word for DECIDE means to “cut off from” – that there are no options other than what you DECIDE on.  Decide to STOP IT my friends.  

JUST STOP IT.

I can’t begin to tell you the amount of time, energy, resources, and stress that I have saved from using this powerful lesson again, again, and again.

Step #1:  STOP.

Step #2:  IT.

Step #3:  STOP IT.
