When the Walls Came Tumbling Down

Walls.

We all have them at some level. Some to protect us, some to insulate us, and some we don’t even know why they are there. We think that we need them.

I have come to find this to be the truth about walls – yes, they do keep the bad people and bad things out, yet they also keep the good people and good things out. Walls close yourself off from everything.

Another truth about walls is this – most people see right through them anyway.

And most disheartening for me is this – walls keep you from truly being you. The world needs you to just be the best version of yourself – nothing more, nothing less. When you truly accept that responsibility and give yourself permission to consistently be you, the world will not only support you – it will thank you.

The walls keep you from growth my friends – you can’t move forward by carrying all of that extra weight – begin the process of removing those walls, one brick at a time. Let go of those old stories and bad experiences – they are not happening right now – it’s time to learn from them and move on.

You will feel lighter and more free than you ever have.

Let the walls come tumbling down my friends…

You have so much in front of you – opportunities, people, dreams – that await, yet all of those positive and wonderful things cannot happen until you escape from the walls that you’ve built up.

One choice, one brick, one wall at a time.

Trust yourself and trust the process.
